F.A.Q.

Please read our Code of Conduct prior to your in-person or online attendance.

As with the other places where we gather with our PPP community, we do have some expectations, and we want to take a minute to share those with you. Please read our Code of Conduct.

I’ve missed/deleted/not seen the registration emails with details about the event – is the information available elsewhere?

Yes! All the information will be available here on the website. If you feel you have missed some important information, feel free to get in touch at events@theprancingponypodcast.com

Will the recordings be available to watch after the Moot?

We will be recording all the presentations and making them available online after the event. However, only registered attendees will receive the private URL and password that will be needed to view them – they will not be publicly available.

What platforms will you be using during the Moot?

We will use Zoom for the presentations, and a private Discord server for the social interactions during, and in-between, events. More information on these platforms, along with registration links, will be sent out prior to the event.

I don’t have a PayPal account, so how can I pay you if you only take PayPal?

Fortunately, PayPal does not require you to have a PayPal account to pay for your registration. You can also opt to pay with a credit or debit card via PayPal, even without an account.

Will online registration pricing increase after the early bird period ends?

Nope! Online registration pricing will remain the same throughout the entirety of the registration period for the Moot.

Are children welcome at the Moot?

We understand that families with young children would like to attend, and you are more than welcome to do so – and to bring your kids along with you! Just be sure to register each child at the same time you register. Please note that we are not able to provide or coordinate child care; in addition, we cannot guarantee that all of our evening social activities will be entirely family-friendly.

Covid Policy

We understand that any group event carries a risk of transmission of Covid, influenza, and other respiratory infections. We do not have an official policy regarding vaccination status, or the wearing of masks. However, we do ask that you respect the choice of those who choose to mask up for their health. If at any time during the event, you develop any symptoms of Covid (e.g., sore throat, cough, fever), please consider masking up to protect others.and charge
